Evelyn Lemly, Chief Executive Officer,

| Evelyn Lemly is the CEO of Kairos Prison Ministry International, where she has been a catalyst for positive change since January 2013. Evelyn embraces a vison and makes it reality through her sound decision making. She is an inspirational leader respected for her incredible work ethic and integrity. Evelyn earns a seat at the table wherever she serves.
Under her leadership Kairos currently serves in over 500 institutions and communities throughout the world sharing God's love and forgiveness to those affected by incarceration.

Evelyn's experience spans the corporate and nonprofit ministry sectors in areas of executive leadership, strategic planning, program and business development, fundraising, marketing, and communications including brand innovation, creative development and media relations. Her passion for the ministry is demonstrated by her tireless work on behalf of men, women, youth, and their families affected by incarceration. She serves as President of the Correctional Ministries and Chaplain Association, leading the Executive Committee and Advisory Board. She also serves the Advisory Board of The Correctional Ministries Institute, a department of the Billy Graham Center for Evangelism at Wheaton College. She participates and hosts the Fourth Day Ministries annual forum. She is a supportive and active leader in her church.
Evelyn earned her Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University and her MBA from Columbia Business School at Columbia University in New York.

Becky Dotson, Chief Operating Officer,

| Becky was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta. She worked on behalf of abused and
neglected children serving as the CEO of the United Methodist Children's Home of Mississippi. After
relocating to Florida in May of 2013, she continued working with the United Methodist Children's Home as
CEO in Enterprise FL. Becky has over 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit industry. She
received her Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Belhaven University and in 2005 was
selected as one of the top 50 leading business women in the state of Mississippi. Along with her
leadership and extensive fundraising experience, she brings a vast knowledge in finance and accounting
to the Kairos position. Becky lives in DeBary, FL with her son Ryan.

Craig Combs, Men's Ministries Coordinator,

|
| Craig was born in Lebanon, Indiana and attended Indiana
University in Bloomington, receiving a BS in Microbiology and a Masters
in Health Administration. His family moved to Florida and he stayed
behind and worked in the Finance Office of the Indiana University School
of Optometry for 22 years. He served in the local Emmaus & Chrysalis
Communities for about 10 years, which led to serving on his first Kairos
team in 2007. Since then he has served on two Advisory Councils, been an
Ad Hoc member of the State Committee, led a Kairos Weekend, and been an
AKT trainer from 2012 until 2017. He has been actively involved in
Community Bible Study as a Teaching Director, as well as serving as an
Assistant Teaching Director for an In Prison and Beyond Community Bible
Study class in Plainfield, Indiana.

Kevin Resnover, Youth Ministries Coordinator,

|
| Kevin is a native of Indiana and attended
grade school through college in Indianapolis. Before moving to
Florida in August of 2005, he worked in city government for 25
years in the positions of Assistant Director/Youth Program Counselor
for the Summer Youth Work Program, District Superintendent
for DPW/DOT, Affirmative Action Manager, Special Projects
Manager and Contract Manager. He served as the Executive
Director of Mentoring With A Mission, Inc., is an ordained
minister and has served as a Youth Pastor and Pastor of Worship.
Kevin has also served on various non-profit boards.

Ruby Burris, Women's Ministries Coordinator,

|
| Ruby was born in Westfield, Indiana and attended Hannibal-LaGrange University,
receiving a BS in Human Services and holds a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy from Liberty University.
She and her husband Jerrod have been married for 15 years and have 2 children (Elijah and Anna).
Her professional life has taken a lot of twists and turns but above all, she has spent and desires to
spend her life in service to God and others. Her Kairos experience began after attending a Great Banquet.
She has served on Advisory Councils, been a member of the State Committee, led a Kairos Weekend,
and been an AKT trainer from 2016-2020. She loves spending time with her family where they enjoy 4-H, animals,
camping, and theatre together.

Andy Perry, Executive Administrative Assistant,

|
| Andy was born in Hamburg, Germany, and moved to Windham, Connecticut at age 9. She attended Eastern Connecticut State University to study Psychology then moved to Florida. She has worked administratively for over 30 years and received her AS in Graphic & Web Design in 2011 from DeLand Technical College. She has worked in higher education and the continuing education industries for over 8 years before joining Kairos in 2018. She is passionate about animals and rescuing dogs. She currently lives in Deltona with her adult son and two rescue dogs, Isaiah and Paige.

Monika Hesse, Administrative Assistant,

| Monika was born and raised in the Hudson River Valley area of New York and
moved to Florida shortly after high school. She has worked as an Executive Assistant for
many years, most recently at Ligonier Ministries and has a strong background in HR. She
also worked for Digital Equipment Corporation where she developed a love of working with computers.
She joined Kairos Prison Ministry in March of 2016. Monika loves animals, and volunteers with
animal rescue efforts in her neighborhood. She lives in Deltona, has a grown daughter, a grandson,
and a Pekingese dog named Bailey.

Kimberly Bloom, Administrative Assistant,

| Kimberly was born in Sanford and moved to Texas when she was 23. In Texas she heard a sermon titled “not for yourself were you born but for the whole world” and she instantly knew she was born for something bigger than herself and has lived her life working in different ministries throughout Texas impacting the lives of many for Christ. She currently lives in Orange City, Florida and is so excited to be a part of Kairos Prison Ministry International.

Bill McVay, Marketing and Communications Specialist,

|
| Bill is a native of Northern Virginia and has worked for a number of nonprofits in the Washington, DC area in the marketing and fundraising arena. Bill attended Christopher Newport University and received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and later went on to get his MBA in Marketing & Management from Virginia Tech. Bill recently moved to Orlando with his wife of 10 years, Maggie, to be closer to her family.

Kris Buchanan, National Controller,

|
| Kris, and her husband Patrick, have been married for 17 years and have three children (Genevieve, Caroline & Liam). Although born in Louisiana, Kris has lived all but 6 months of her life in Florida. She grew up In West Palm Beach and moved to Orlando to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. She has worked with several non-profits in Central Florida and started her own non-profit, T.E.A.R.S., Inc., back in 2010 to support the homeless animals in Seminole County. She is a big pet lover and has one dog (Josie) and three cats (Tyson, Jamie, and Mina). She is excited to join our mission!
