Advisory Council Secretary & Data Coordinator Training
This training is for USA based Kairos Advisory Council Secretaries and Data Coordinators. This training includes handling data in KairosMessenger as well as the election process. In this training one will learn how to clean up and maintain volunteer data, view new reports, understand the improvements made to KairosMessenger, understand the Election Eligibility Report to determine vacancies, use KairosMessenger to request nominations and votes for nominees, enter elections into KairosMessenger using the new process, send emails to the community, send emails to elected members with job descriptions and logins, print the roster.All times are EST

Kairos Institutional Liaison Training
The Institutional Liaison Coordinator for the Advisory Councils of Kairos Inside and Kairos Torch are always important. In 2023, these positions are even more important as we work to reenter the adult and youth facilities. Volunteers, who have done the role, have developed training for the Institutional Liaison Coordinator to better understand the relationship with the facility and key topics to cover, which enables Kairos to operate at it’s very best. Kairos Torch

Kairos Torch 101 is a broad overview of the Kairos youth program from initial volunteer recruitment to mentoring. It is designed to give new volunteers an understanding of the requirements and key elements of Kairos Torch through the use of many visual and interactive demonstrations. This presentation has proven to be an excellent recruiting tool – inspiring and encouraging volunteers to become committed team members and mentors. Kairos Torch 101 is especially beneficial for “new start-up” Weekend Leaders before attending Advanced Kairos Torch Training.All times are EST
